  • We embed into your business as your internal recruitment function, owning hiring from brief to offer and onboarding.

    What’s included:

    • End-to-end recruitment across all approved roles

    • Role briefings with founders and leaders

    • Job ads, LinkedIn posting and active candidate engagement

    • Application management, screening and shortlisting

    • Offer support and first-day onboarding

    Note: some months might have higher volume, some maybe no roles. Retainer stays the same regardless.

The Sprint

(Short-term, fixed-fee support)

Designed for founder-led businesses that already have foundations in place but need targeted, expert support to solve a specific people or hiring challenge - fast.

This is project-based work delivered as a sprint. We step in, do the work properly, and move you forward without locking you into a long-term partnership.
