Brianna then transitioned into agency recruitment, where she partnered with leading brands such as Bardot, Accent Group, Zimmermann, Rachel Gilbert, The Beauty Chef and more - specialising in head office roles across retail, fashion, and lifestyle. She built a reputation for her intuitive approach to recruitment: matching brands with talent who not only had the skills, but shared their values, pace, and vision.
